Historically, Henderson’s Wharf at 1000 Fell Street was known as a warehouse involved in the one of Baltimore’s top exports of the day, tobacco. Today, it is a well-known 38 room first floor boutique hotel room with condo units rising above on the additional 5 floors. Many of the units feature exposed brick and hardwood flooring there is  a banquet hall for rent for special events. The location of this building allows for strolls along the pier and Promenade plus the night life residents of Fell’s Point are accustomed to.
